We had a great break at The Inn at Langley on Whidbey Island. Even though the restaurant and spa were both closed as a result of Covid impact, the stay was wonderful and the location served as a great base camp for exploring all of Whidbey Island.

As mentioned above, some of the services were limited, but it didn’t diminish the stay. The Saratoga Master Suite does provide an unobstructed view of the Saratoga Passage in Puget Sound, and the balcony is structured so that, even with a PNW drizzle, one can sit, relax and scan the horizon for wildlife. Sunsets and sunrises were spectacular as well. The suite is located in a building that is separate from the main building with all its amenities, but is only a short walk and the suite also includes its own parking space to simplify logistics.

Full breakfast service was provided by delivery to the room and the suite had ample space with a dining table and full kitchen to enjoy it. The location of the Inn itself is basically in the center of the tourist area in Langley, so once your car is parked, you can easily walk everywhere in the town center.
