Brix 25 is a special restaurant due to a creative menu, great and attentive service and an excellent location along the harbor front in downtown Gig Harbor, Washington. Given the reference to sugar levels in wine (brix), one can expect an excellent wine selection and this restaurant delivers on that promise as well.
The menu is interesting, there are usually specials, and the focus is on seasonal northwest cuisine. Outstanding appetizers such as a cast iron fondue and a chutney and cambozola spread are great starters before jumping into a fresh season salad and then a creative entree.
A great addition to the meal is outdoor seating when the weather permits it which add to the harbor front feeling. When inside though, the dining room is intimate and welcoming as well.
