We spent another great evening out on the water with On Time Tours and Charters in Gig Harbor. This was our third time out with them and we’ll keep coming back. They views from the water were spectacular and Captain Ken and 1st mate Gay are extremely personable, service oriented and professional.
Read MoreOver The Moon Cafe is really an intimate and fun bistro in Opera Ally in Tacoma. The menu is creative with specialty dishes and everything seems to pop with flavor. One of our favorite repeat Menu items is the Croutes de Fromage with Gruyere cheese melted between slices of sourdough bread, complete with an apricot dipping sauce. Service is always wonderful and attentive with good advice given when asked. Visited July 2021.

Read MoreWe chartered a whale watching excursion with Maya’s Legacy Whale Watch and were delighted with the trip. Our experience with Captain Jeff and Guide and Naturalist April made the trip both informative and special due to their enthusiasm and knowledge of everything related to the area. We were treated to sightings of a gray whale, bald eagles, steller sea lions, as well as a sea otter which is apparently less common in the San Juan Islands.
